Shipping policy

Delivery. Most orders arrive in about two weeks. Depending on availability, some items can take longer. You will receive tracking by email once your order ships. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can run longer during holidays.

Shipping rates. Shipping is a flat $8 on every US order.

Wrong address. If an order is returned to us because the address was incorrect or incomplete, we will reship once you have confirmed the correct address and covered the reshipping cost.

Lost or delayed parcels. Email hello@awkwardandpoor.com with your order number and we will trace it with the carrier.
