Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, the item must be unworn and unwashed, with the hangtag and neck label intact, in its original packaging. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

To start a return, email hello@awkwardandpoor.com with your order number. We will send return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement at no cost and you do not need to return the original.

Exchanges. Return the original for a refund and place a new order for the size you want.

Refunds. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will email you and refund the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank it can take a few more days to appear.

Not returnable. Gift cards, and any item marked final sale at the time of purchase.
